Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategy to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership for the FINEX team
• Own commercial performance, delivering on revenue, retention, and margin targets
• Lead and develop a high-performing broking team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
• Manage key client relationships and complex accounts to ensure exceptional service and long-term retention
• Identify growth opportunities to expand market presence and deepen client partnerships
• Deliver innovative FINEX solutions across a broad range of financial lines products
• Strengthen insurer relationships to influence market outcomes and negotiations
• Collaborate across specialties, including Cyber and Corporate Risk & Broking, to deliver integrated solutions
• Act as a market leader and ambassador to enhance brand presence through industry engagement

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Financial Lines insurance (typically 15+ years)
• Proven track record in client delivery and business growth
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Experience leading and developing teams in both direct and matrix environments
• Deep understanding of complex placements, broking, and insurance markets
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, insurers, and stakeholders
• Solutions-focused mindset with a drive to achieve results and lead change
• Relevant licenses and ability to meet regulatory requirements
