FinCrime Operations Senior Analyst - Law Enforcement

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and deliver high-quality, legally compliant responses to Law Enforcement agencies.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and data privacy compliance (GDPR) during information exchange.
• Identify financial crime patterns and perform risk assessments on complex cases.
• Escalate high-risk cases to internal legal counsel or senior management with detailed documentation.
• Maintain meticulous audit trails and secure documentation for all decisions.
• Act as a professional point of contact for external authorities and internal cross-functional teams.
• Proactively identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to tools and workflows.
• Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, SLAs, and Quality Assurance standards.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in operations, legal ops, financial crime reviews, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills for drafting precise reports.
• Foundational understanding of financial crime regulations and GDPR.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or MS Office.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late mornings, and weekends.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage high workloads with accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Criminal Justice, Finance, or a related field.
• Industry certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or CFE.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, specifically Looker.
