FinCrime Operations Internal Communications Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary architect for the global operating model of the Financial Crime Operations vertical
• Translate long-term business strategy into scalable organizational and communications structures
• Develop a comprehensive roadmap for service delivery and manage multi-team project outcomes
• Establish and drive Operations Governance, including performance management frameworks and change management solutions
• Design the information architecture and reporting structures to ensure operational transparency and agility
• Lead the communication strategy for large-scale organizational shifts to ensure clarity and psychological safety
• Partner with leadership and People Ops to design succession planning and talent density initiatives
• Build and lead a team of specialists focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Proven success in a central operations, transformation, or governance role
• Demonstrable experience designing and implementing repeatable internal business processes (e.g., OKR cycles, MBRs)
• Expert-level proficiency in process design, strategic communications, and internal governance
• Advanced skills in content design, documentation architecture, and stakeholder management
• Ability to operate autonomously with high accountability and create clarity from complexity
• Willingness to travel to Tallinn and London a few times per year

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Organizational Development
• Certifications in Project Management, Change Management, or internal coaching
• Experience with internal OKR/Strategy tracking platforms
• Hands-on experience with process mapping and optimization methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
