FinCrime Investigator - AML Investigations

Responsibilities

• Carry out reviews on alerted accounts using internal and external information
• Assess actual payment activity and identify suspicious payment patterns
• Obtain and analyze supporting documentation to mitigate ML/TF concerns
• Take ownership of individual investigations and escalate suspicious activity following internal procedures
• Participate in feedback loops with developers and product teams to improve compliance quality

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• An exceptionally inquisitive mind with the ability to cut through noise
• Meticulous attention to detail and factual precision
• Strong logical thinking skills to interpret data and draw conclusions
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently in challenging situations
• Ability to articulate and justify independent judgment calls

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in AML or investigating suspicious financial activity
