About the role
Responsibilities
- Support and implement the Fusion Loan IQ System for banking operations in Qatar
- Review and prepare Business Requirement Specifications (BRS)
- Develop and execute comprehensive test cases covering all aspects of the project scope
- Manage the defect life cycle and provide regular execution status reporting
- Perform test scope analysis and regression testing
- Ensure seamless system integration with core banking systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in banking industry system support and implementations
- At least 3 years of professional IT experience
- 2 to 3 years of specialized experience in Fusion Loan IQ (by Finastra) support and implementation
- Proven experience in defect life cycle management and regression testing
- Ability to join within a 2-week to 1-month timeframe
