About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage operational finance for the DACH region
- Maintain bookkeeping for German and Swiss entities
- Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, forecasts, and annual budgets
- Support payroll preparation and review expense claims
- Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, receivables, and commission statements
- Provide information to tax advisors and improve finance processes
Requirements
- Qualified accountant or equivalent finance qualification
- Fluent German and English
- Experience with multi-currency systems
- Familiarity with ERP or finance platforms
- Interest in AI and automation tools
- Understanding of data privacy, confidentiality, and governance
