Financing Solutions Loan Returns Settlements-Emerging Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage the settlement of market loan and return transactions, including returns processing and email management
• Oversee daily collateral management and ensure appropriate handling of assets
• Monitor and resolve fails, including managing pending and aged returns
• Process high volumes of international loans, recall returns, and Equilend/Non-Equilend broker returns
• Interact with traders, client management, and counterparties to resolve discrepancies and pricing issues
• Execute instructions to receive or deliver securities and confirm end-of-day re-pricing and money movements
• Identify and analyze operational risks and recommend procedural improvements

Requirements

• 2.6 to 8 years of relevant professional experience
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related financial program
• Strong knowledge of Agency/Principal Security lending, capital markets, and equities
• Proven experience in trade settlements, mark-to-market, and collateral management
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts (e.g., 2pm to 11pm) to support US/UK requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Equilend, PIRUM, MCH, and DTC applications
• Certifications such as NCFM (NSE Certification in Financial Markets) or NCCMP (NSE Certified Capital Market Professional)
• Knowledge of Investment Banking, Custodial Services, and Financial Markets
