Financing & Cash Planning Assistant

Responsibilities

• Contribute to updating cash flow forecasts based on inputs from different zones
• Interact with international contributors to collect, understand, and challenge their forecasts
• Support the reconciliation between cash flow forecasts and actuals
• Participate in the configuration of the cash planning tool and help write user documentation
• Provide support on ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed

Requirements

• Student in a higher education program specializing in Finance, Treasury, Management Control, Audit, or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with international stakeholders
• Rigorous and detail-oriented approach to data processing
• English proficiency suitable for an international context

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in finance, treasury, management control, or audit
