Financial Wellness Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality client servicing and transaction support, including accurate processing of financial services.
• Engage clients in meaningful conversations to uncover financial needs and provide guidance on financial wellness.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and transition complex needs to Bankers.
• Maintain compliance, audit, and security procedures, including balancing cash drawers within guidelines.
• Partner with branch leadership and teammates to prioritize high-impact activities and support branch performance.
• Educate clients on digital banking platforms, including mobile apps and web-based services.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Experience in cash handling and transaction processing.
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications and general PC use.
• Strong digital technology literacy, including familiarity with mobile and web-based platforms.
• Ability to work on Saturdays as directed by management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Notary License obtained within 180 days of hire.
