Financial Wellness Associate

Responsibilities

• Balance client servicing and transaction support with proactive engagement to uncover client needs.
• Accurately process financial service transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships.
• Provide customized financial wellness recommendations and transition clients to Bankers when appropriate.
• Act as a resource to resolve complex client servicing issues and educate clients on digital banking platforms.
• Maintain compliance, audit, and security procedures, including accurate cash drawer balancing.
• Collaborate with branch leadership and teammates to prioritize high-impact activities and support branch performance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Proven experience in developing client relationships and achieving sales or referral goals.
• Experience in cash handling and maintaining drawer accuracy.
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications and general PC use.
• Digital technology literacy, including familiarity with mobile apps and web-based browsing.
• Ability to work on Saturdays as directed by management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of a Notary License within 180 days of hire.
