Financial Wellness Associate

Responsibilities

• Process financial service transactions accurately while identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships
• Provide financial wellness guidance by listening for client needs and recommending customized solutions
• Act as a resource to resolve complex client servicing issues and educate clients on digital banking platforms
• Collaborate with branch leadership and teammates to prioritize high-impact activities and support branch performance
• Maintain compliance with all audit, security, and cash handling procedures, including balancing cash drawers
• Achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals through proactive client engagement and calling efforts

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience
• Proven experience in developing client relationships and achieving sales or referral goals
• Experience in cash handling and maintaining drawer accuracy
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications and general PC use
• Digital technology literacy, including mobile apps and web-based browsing
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle

Preferred Qualifications

• Notary License obtained within 180 days of hire
