Financial Wellness Associate

Responsibilities

• Balance client servicing and transaction support with proactive engagement to uncover financial needs.
• Process financial service transactions accurately while identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships.
• Provide customized financial wellness recommendations and transition clients to Bankers when appropriate.
• Resolve complex client servicing issues and act as a resource for the branch team.
• Maintain compliance, audit, and security procedures, including balancing cash drawers.
• Partner with branch leadership and teammates to support branch performance and client acquisition.
• Educate clients on digital platforms, including mobile apps and web-based banking.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
• Proven experience in developing client relationships and achieving sales or referral goals.
• Experience in cash handling and maintaining drawer accuracy.
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications and general PC use.
• Digital technology literacy, including familiarity with mobile apps and web browsing.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Notary License obtained within the first 180 days of employment.
