Financial Transformation Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Implement management consulting methodologies within financial departments to support performance, risk, and process transformation projects.
• Support clients in performance management, including management models, KPIs, and decision-making tools (BI, EPM, Dataviz).
• Assist in risk management projects, such as compliance (Sapin 2, anti-fraud), risk mapping, and automated controls.
• Drive process efficiency through harmonization, digitalization, RPA, and automation (Process mining, AI, Data Science).
• Contribute to the internal development of the firm by building client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
• Participate in thought leadership through article writing, market monitoring, and sector analysis.
• Mentor and supervise junior consultants on various workstreams and internal projects.

Requirements

• Degree from a major engineering school, business school, or university.
• At least 4 years of experience in consulting (ideally supporting finance departments), audit, or a corporate finance/control function.
• Fluency in both French and English in a professional context.
• Strong interest and aptitude for Data and AI technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
