Financial Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support finance departments in transformation projects, including performance management and digital process automation
• Assist clients in improving performance through management models, KPIs, and decision-making tools (BI, EPM, Dataviz)
• Contribute to risk management projects, including compliance, risk mapping, and automated controls
• Drive process efficiency through digitalization, RPA, process mining, and AI-driven automation
• Participate in internal firm development, including client relationship building and publishing thought leadership articles
• Support the development of new service offerings through training and working groups

Requirements

• Graduate from a top-tier engineering school, business school, or major university
• First experience in consulting, audit, or a corporate finance/management control role is preferred
• Strong interest and ability to quickly develop skills in Data and AI
• Fluent in both French and English in a professional context
• Strong analytical skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
