Financial Transformation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support finance departments in transformation projects, including performance management, process automation, and digital strategy.
• Assist clients in improving performance through management models, KPIs, and decision-making tools (BI, EPM, Dataviz).
• Help optimize risk management through compliance, risk mapping, and automated controls.
• Drive process efficiency via MDM harmonization, RPA, process mining, and AI-driven automation.
• Support organizational changes such as the implementation of Shared Service Centers or Centers of Expertise.
• Contribute to the firm's internal growth through client relationship building, thought leadership, and service offering development.

Requirements

• Degree from a top-tier Engineering or Business school.
• Previous experience in management consulting, audit, or a corporate Finance/Controlling department.
• Strong interest in Data and AI technologies and the ability to learn them quickly.
• Fluency in both French and English in a professional context.
• Strong analytical skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
