Financial Transformation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to analyse finance processes and build automation to reduce manual work
• Translate business challenges into AI and data-driven solutions from concept to deployment
• Guide system implementation, enhancements, and integrations
• Create and maintain process maps, project documentation, and business case materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and efficient data solutions
• Lead adoption, training, and change activities to embed AI into BAU
• Act as a subject matter advisor to finance users for troubleshooting and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years in finance transformation, finance systems, or a related data-driven field
• Solid understanding of core finance operations (GL, AP, reconciliation, reporting)
• Working knowledge of data architecture, modelling, and pipeline concepts in cloud environments
• Practical experience implementing JSM or other workflow automation and API tools
• Familiarity with AI tools in finance, including intelligent automation and document processing
• Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to meet project deadlines
• Ability to operate autonomously in complex environments
• Comfort working across global time zones
