About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate daily time entry per client contracts for employees and service providers
- Assist with processing accounts payable, including billable/non-billable payables and employee expenses
- Support communication with employees and project managers on revenue recognition and work-in-progress management
- Produce and finalize invoices, supporting consulting employees with reports and statements for clients
- Review payroll entries, highlight areas of concern, and ensure accurate documentation for client billing
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong high-volume data entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask while meeting deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
