About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate daily time entry per client contracts for employees and service providers
  • Assist with processing accounts payable, including billable/non-billable payables and employee expenses
  • Support communication with employees and project managers on revenue recognition and work-in-progress management
  • Produce and finalize invoices, supporting consulting employees with reports and statements for clients
  • Review payroll entries, highlight areas of concern, and ensure accurate documentation for client billing

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong high-volume data entry skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask while meeting deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
