Financial Territory Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage sales reporting accuracy and maintain master data hierarchies for the Electrophysiology division
• Coordinate organizational realignments and restructures in conjunction with Sales Performance Analysts
• Analyze product reporting requirements from internal stakeholders such as Marketing and Finance
• Perform proactive audits to ensure the accuracy of customer master, sales organization, and product hierarchies
• Resolve data issues by collaborating with IT and identifying root causes to prevent recurrence
• Manage Pulse security access and conduct audits to ensure compliance with data access guidelines
• Maintain and update USD Sales Maps and process territory alignment requests
• Provide ad-hoc master data reports to management and internal customers

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a data or sales analyst
• Experience within a medical device company or a sales organization
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
• Knowledge of Business Objects
• Strong analytical, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills
