Financial Systems Support Specialist Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for Corporate and Regional Finance Controller systems, including PeopleSoft Financials and Oracle Cloud Financials
• Review, analyze, and resolve system issues related to Travel & Expenses and User Profile handling
• Coordinate with US Financial Systems and IT teams to resolve complex requests and projects
• Manage system access requests and follow up on security assessments
• Support month-end close processes by scheduling and monitoring reports, daily controls, and reconciliations
• Ensure strict adherence to SOX compliance across all financial system activities
• Provide support for various e-Banking software platforms, including managing security requests and file upload issues

Requirements

• 6-7 years of relevant professional experience
• 3-4 years of specific experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Ship to Collect processes
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT
• Strong understanding of finance processes (P2P, Record-to-Report) and accounting concepts
• Knowledge of SOX compliance standards
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
