Financial Systems & Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end production of recurring and ad hoc financial, operational, and management reports.
• Design and implement standardized reporting processes and identify automation opportunities using tools like Power BI.
• Drive process optimization to reduce manual work through system integration and workflow optimization.
• Maintain documentation of reporting processes and data lineage while implementing validation and reconciliation procedures.
• Partner with Global Finance, Business Units, and other key functions to communicate insights and reporting updates.
• Manage and develop a team of reporting specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in reporting, finance, BI, or analytics.
• Proven leadership experience or readiness to build and lead a new team.
• Technical expertise in reporting tools, specifically Power BI.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.
