Financial Systems & Data Controller

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end requests for creation or modification of analytical dimensions via Jira or email
• Execute updates across the financial ecosystem (ERP, EPM) to ensure data consistency
• Act as the primary Point of Contact for user referential issues and imputation errors
• Perform regular quality controls and reconciliations between financial systems
• Manage user access rights and security reviews for Board (EPM) and Power BI
• Configure EPM for budget and forecast cycles, including data imports and exports
• Analyze reporting adoption using Power BI Usage Metrics and produce KPIs
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and User Guides
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new tool features and dashboards

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Systems, Finance Data Management, or Business Intelligence
• Strong understanding of financial data flows and master data governance
• Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization
• Experience with EPM tools (e.g., Board, Anaplan, OneStream) and ERP data structures
• Practical experience with Jira or similar Service Desk tools
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets expertise
• Master’s degree in Finance Data Management or Information Systems
• Excellent written and oral communication in English
