Financial Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and manage accounting master data, including GL accounts, following governance guidelines.
• Support end users by answering routine questions and assisting with ERP master data processes.
• Assist with change management for finance initiatives by drafting communications and updating training materials or FAQs.
• Provide project support through task tracking, action log maintenance, and data review.
• Identify opportunities to simplify or automate manual steps and finance support processes.
• Propose and support practical process improvements, including the use of AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in finance, accounting, business operations, customer support, or data entry.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Milwaukee, WI.
• Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to accounting master data management, data governance, or finance process support.
• Basic familiarity with SAP finance processes (GL, AP, AR, or fixed assets).
• Experience with business intelligence or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience using AI tools or automation to improve workflow efficiency.
