Financial Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement Banco John Deere strategies in the Piracicaba region to drive market share and finance penetration
• Manage financing processes efficiently and effectively
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with dealers, distributors, and end customers in the agricultural, construction, forestry, and paving segments
• Conduct product and process training to ensure dealer and distributor network alignment
• Collaborate with factory commercial teams and marketing to achieve joint goals and promote financial products
• Act as a liaison between distributors/dealers and the bank to resolve commercial relationship issues
• Represent Banco John Deere at industry fairs, conventions, and meetings
• Conduct customer visits and provide territory-based recommendations

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, Agronomy, or related fields
• Experience in client relationship management with dealers and factory teams
• Knowledge of financial products and financial mathematics
• Experience conducting product training for diverse audiences
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Availability to reside in Piracicaba, SP
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree in Administration, Agronomy, Economics, or Finance
• Intermediate English proficiency (ability to write emails and participate in meetings)
• Knowledge of accounting and financial indicator analysis
• Agronomic knowledge
