Financial Solutions Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the structuring of financial transactions, including asset security, documentation, collections, and invoicing
• Provide customer service and administration, including registration, problem resolution, and payment processing
• Maintain integrity and control of lease contracts to ensure terms meet legal and business requirements
• Serve as a primary contact for customers across the US and Canada
• Accurately enter contract data and customer requirements into leasing software
• Assist in developing standardized step-by-step procedures for critical functions
• Draft and review contractual documents for accuracy and consistency

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)
• Highly organized with a methodical approach to work
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive learner

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate or Senior Undergraduate student status
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Experience with LeasePlus/Aspire leasing software
• Experience with PowerBI
• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to create agents for process improvement
