Financial Solutions Emerging Lead

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of international loans, borrows, loan returns, and mark-to-market transactions daily
• Execute daily cash movements and monitor/resolve pending or failing transactions
• Interact with traders, client management, and counterparts regarding trade settlements and cash movements
• Execute instructions to receive or deliver securities from counterparties
• Confirm end-of-day re-pricing and money movements with counterparts
• Review contract compare records to validate positions with each counterparty
• Identify and analyze operational risks and recommend procedural improvements
• Run and log critical reports to the balance sheet and provide relevant statistics

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related financial program
• 3+ years of experience in Trade Settlements, Mark to Market, or Collateral Management (NA/EMEA markets)
• Strong knowledge of Agency/Principal Security lending, Custodial Services, and Financial Markets
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to work APAC hours (04:00 AM - 01:00 PM IST)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as NSE Certification in Financial Markets (NCFM) or NSE Certified Capital Market Professional (NCCMP)
• Exposure to Equilend, Prium, and MCH
