About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team financial, production, and relationship results relative to assigned metrics
- Engage customers, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach
- Represent the Bank in the community by attending civic and community events
- Uncover sales or referral opportunities through attentive listening and insightful questioning
- Comply with all regulations, bank policies, and procedures to manage operational and regulatory risk
- Perform general office management duties to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and experience in Sales or customer service OR High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of experience in Sales or customer service
- Alternatively, 6 months of experience in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank or participation in a First Citizens career development program
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of retail banking products and services
- Financial literacy
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in telephone sales or banking
