Financial Services Senior Manager – Strategy, Growth & Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead complex workstreams in regulatory, risk, and transformation projects to help financial services clients navigate evolving environments.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize business, operational, regulatory, and technology risks and mitigation strategies.
• Manage the development of client deliverables, including regulatory submissions and critical banking initiatives.
• Lead project teams in providing recommendations to improve processes, gain efficiencies, or reduce risk.
• Drive internal business development, including sales proposals, lead generation, and industry perspective creation.
• Engage with industry participants, consortiums, and trade groups regarding market trends and competitive activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15+ years of experience in financial services or consulting (e.g., banking, capital markets, investment management, or insurance).
• Proven experience in business transformation, regulatory remediation, or change management.
• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Product expertise in banking, digital assets, or capital markets.
• Ability to travel up to 25% on average.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience working as a financial services regulator (e.g., OCC, FRB).
• Experience drafting or reviewing regulatory submissions, including licensing or change in control applications.
• Direct experience in product management, regulatory compliance, or risk management oversight.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
