Financial Services Representative Float

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team financial, production, and relationship results relative to assigned metrics and goals.
• Engage customers, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach and community involvement.
• Open deposit accounts, manage related banking services, and handle lending services including consumer real estate secured products.
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to appropriate bank partners to provide comprehensive financial guidance.
• Foster collaborative partnerships to deliver value for customers and colleagues through attentive listening and insightful questioning.
• Comply with all regulations, bank policies, and procedures to manage credit, operational, and regulatory risks.
• Maintain transaction accuracy and operational efficiency while performing general office management duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in Sales, customer service, or lending; OR High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of experience in those fields.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel frequently between different branch locations.
• Strong financial literacy and knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Proven ability to apply a structured sales process and provide financial expertise.
• Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule (8:15am-5:15pm).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services sales or telephone sales.
• Previous experience in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank.
