Financial Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and cash handling
• Deliver a welcoming, professional branch experience and resolve routine inquiries
• Identify customer financial needs and refer customers to appropriate banking products and team members
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options
• Support branch sales activity through referrals, appointment setting, and outbound calling
• Maintain compliance with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies

Requirements

• Positive, customer-first attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy with cash and financial transactions
• Eagerness to learn both operational and relationship sides of branch banking
• Reliability, professionalism, and team-oriented work ethic
• Prior cash handling, customer service, or retail experience is a plus
