Financial Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team financial, production, and relationship goals through proactive customer outreach and sales practices.
• Build and expand banking relationships by opening deposit accounts and managing related banking services and lending.
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to appropriate bank partners to meet customer investment and financial needs.
• Deliver high service standards by listening to customer needs, asking insightful questions, and providing relevant financial guidance.
• Comply with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to manage operational, credit, and regulatory risk.
• Perform general office management duties and ensure transaction accuracy and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Series 6 or 7, Series 63, and state-specific life insurance licenses.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or lending; OR High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of experience in those fields.
• Strong financial literacy and knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Ability to apply a structured sales process and provide expert financial guidance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services sales or telephone sales.
• At least one year of experience in a licensed sales role.
