Financial Services Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Support project management through tracking, coordination, and maintaining meeting hygiene (minutes, actions, and decisions)
• Manage daily remarketing tracking, including monitoring returning vehicles and triggering next steps
• Assist with monthly finance operations such as subvention/incentive tracking and updating financial calculators
• Create or update marketing materials related to financial products
• Conduct benchmarking activities and prepare concise summaries for stakeholders
• Review and improve process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance workflows

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor (HBO or WO) program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or International Business
• 3rd-year (penultimate year) student preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to organize data and draw clear conclusions
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and catch inconsistencies
• Ability to work collaboratively across different countries and stakeholder groups

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in French and/or German (English is required)
• Previous exposure to financial products, particularly in the automotive or leasing sectors
• Interest in electric vehicles (EVs) and process improvement mapping
