Financial Services Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Support project management by maintaining key trackers and ensuring progress visibility
• Improve meeting effectiveness by capturing clear minutes, actions, and decisions
• Assist with remarketing daily tracking, including monitoring returning vehicles
• Support monthly finance operations such as subvention/incentive tracking and updating financial calculators
• Conduct benchmarking activities and prepare concise summaries for stakeholders
• Review and improve process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor (HBO or WO) program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or International Business
• 3rd-year (penultimate year) student preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch inconsistencies early
• Structured and analytical mindset with the ability to organize data and draw conclusions
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills for working across different countries

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in French and/or German (English is required)
• Previous exposure to financial products, particularly in automotive or leasing
• Interest in electric vehicles (EVs) and process improvement mapping
