Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives and provide visionary direction to the BFSI practice
• Manage 3–6 key accounts involving new business development and account growth
• Oversee a team of 15–70 members and manage an annual revenue portfolio of $15M–$60M
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams to develop go-to-market strategies
• Lead a diverse team of consultants and subject matter experts
• Partner with clients to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions
• Drive thought leadership initiatives and represent the company at industry events
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics

Requirements

• 13+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• Proven track record in strategic leadership roles
• Robust experience in Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Wealth Management
• Exposure to Risk management including credit, market, and operational risk
• Bachelor’s Degree in CS (BE/BTech) from Tier I/II universities and MBA from top-tier B-schools preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithm applications
• Hands-on quantitative experience with analytic tools and technologies
• Exposure to Delivery and Pre-Sales
• Experience with data products such as Bloomberg, Pitchbook, S&P Global, D&B, or Dealcloud
• Proficiency in ETL and Business Analysis
• Exposure to Financial Services across US, EU, and APAC regions
