Financial Services Consultant – Insurance

Responsibilities

• Help leading Nordic insurers tackle strategic and transformation challenges across the full change life cycle.
• Support corporate strategy, growth opportunities, and operating model design.
• Drive strategic cost management and efficiency improvements for clients.
• Assist in designing and delivering change programs and business process optimization.
• Conduct buy vs. build assessments and platform validation for insurance-specific needs.
• Work across various insurance lines including Life & Pension and P&C (Property & Casualty).

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, insurance, or corporate strategy roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Master's degree with an excellent academic record.
• Proficiency in both Swedish and English (Swedish fluency is preferred).
• Experience within P&C, life, health, or specialty insurance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
