Financial Services Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage Finance function operations for Invoice to Pay (ITP) and Invoice to Cash (ITC)
• Oversee payments to and from vendors and customers
• Review and approve payments in accordance with financial frameworks
• Formulate and implement robust controls in collaboration with Risk and Group Shared Services
• Optimize processes to communicate transaction information to GSS and eliminate manual intervention
• Support data capture for commercial decisions and new business initiatives
• Execute transactional activity through relevant systems
• Support the preparation of GST returns

Requirements

• Experience in Finance Operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Proven experience managing or supporting ITP and ITC processes
• Strong understanding of financial controls, governance, and accounting policies
• Experience driving process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders including Finance, Risk, and Shared Service teams
