About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage Finance function operations for Invoice to Pay (ITP) and Invoice to Cash (ITC)
- Oversee payments to and from vendors and customers
- Review and approve payments in accordance with financial frameworks
- Formulate and implement robust controls in collaboration with Risk and Group Shared Services
- Optimize processes to communicate transaction information to GSS and eliminate manual intervention
- Support data capture for commercial decisions and new business initiatives
- Execute transactional activity through relevant systems
- Support the preparation of GST returns
Requirements
- Experience in Finance Operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Proven experience managing or supporting ITP and ITC processes
- Strong understanding of financial controls, governance, and accounting policies
- Experience driving process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders including Finance, Risk, and Shared Service teams
