Financial Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term relationships with members through meaningful financial conversations and goal-oriented advice.
• Provide accurate, prompt, and efficient cash and non-cash transaction services.
• Proactively identify member needs and promote products such as deposit accounts, loans, and digital solutions.
• Manage member loyalty using Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Perform branch operational duties including opening/closing procedures, balancing, and audits.
• Engage in community events to provide financial education and literacy opportunities.
• Adhere to all banking regulations and internal policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong mathematical skills, including rate, ratio, and percentage calculations.
• Ability to travel to all Travis Credit Union locations.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.
• Ability to provide empathetic and timely problem resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales.
• Relevant experience in financial services (1–3+ years depending on seniority level).
