Financial Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term relationships with members through meaningful financial conversations
• Provide accurate, prompt, and efficient cash and non-cash transaction services
• Proactively identify member financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Manage member loyalty using Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Perform branch operational tasks including opening/closing procedures, balancing, and audits
• Engage in community events to provide financial education and literacy opportunities
• Adhere to all banking regulations and internal policies and procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong math skills, including rate, ratio, and percentage calculations
• Ability to travel to all TCU locations
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes occasional Saturdays
• Ability to live within a reasonable commuting distance of the communities served by TCU

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience
• Experience in a financial services or banking environment
