Financial Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term relationships with members through meaningful financial conversations
• Provide accurate, prompt, and efficient cash and non-cash transaction services
• Proactively initiate financial conversations to uncover member needs for deposit accounts, loans, and digital solutions
• Manage member loyalty using Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Maintain working knowledge of membership eligibility, IRAs, Trusts, and Business Accounts
• Complete departmental functions including branch opening/closing, balancing, and audits
• Engage in community events to provide financial education and literacy opportunities
• Adhere to all banking regulations and internal policies and procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong math skills, including rate, ratio, and percentage calculations
• Ability to travel to all TCU locations
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
• Ability to resolve problems with empathy, accuracy, and timeliness
• Retail sales experience is preferred
