Financial Sales Manager II (Branch Manager)

Responsibilities

• Manage performance and personnel for a branch team, providing coaching and feedback to support associate development.
• Drive sales results by achieving individual and team financial, production, and relationship goals.
• Execute proactive customer outreach and outbound calling to generate new business opportunities.
• Represent the bank in the community by participating in civic events to identify potential business and CRA opportunities.
• Oversee branch operations to ensure compliance with all regulations, bank policies, and risk management procedures.
• Foster collaborative partnerships to uncover sales or referral opportunities and provide relevant financial guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Sales, customer service, lending, or financial services sales (including supervisory experience).
• OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience in Sales, customer service, lending, or financial services sales (including supervisory experience).
• Valid driver's license (position requires frequent driving to other offices and customers).
• Ability to complete federal registration and annual renewal as required by the SAFE Act.
• Strong skills in financial literacy, business development, and networking.
