Financial Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer enterprise relationships to drive equipment and financial market share growth
• Develop, maintain, and implement a territory business plan to meet objectives via an enterprise sales process
• Provide regular training to dealer sales teams, including sales, F&I, management, service, and parts
• Play an active role in leading key customer, dealer, and brand relationships
• Maintain a superior understanding of industry trends and competitive activity within the territory
• Communicate effectively with dealer principals and CFO-level management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related subject area
• If no degree, 7+ years of experience in field sales, marketing, finance, or dealership collaboration
• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, or Finance & Insurance (F&I) sales

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Agriculture and/or Construction Equipment industry
• Proven field experience in financial service sales or a comparable selling environment
• Strong negotiation, relationship building, and influence skills
• Excellent presentation, problem-solving, planning, and management skills
