Financial Resource Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor the firm’s capital usage and cost allocation systems, including triaging and actioning alerts
• Translate qualitative recommendations into system configuration and parameter changes
• Reconcile internal and external margin and billing models while liaising with external counterparts
• Execute various funding and financing trades such as FX balance management and equity position financing
• Operate firm-wide position management systems to shape the book based on costs and constraints
• Maintain and improve desk infrastructure by automating workflows and building monitoring tools
• Identify financing cost inefficiencies and establish optimization mechanisms

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in a quantitative or technical role
• Comfortable with data analysis and basic programming techniques
• Willingness to learn Python and SQL
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow policies and show good judgment under pressure
• Numerate with a quantitative approach to decision-making
