Financial Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and prepayments
• Reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts to maintain general ledger integrity
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards and company policies
• Support internal and external audit requirements through documentation and reporting
• Assist in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and coordinate data collection across departments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or GAAP standards
• Proven experience in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with NetSuite
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA
