Financial Reporting & Control Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting, journal postings, and account maintenance for GL, Intercompany, and Payroll.
• Assist in completing month-end closure activities and prepare standard financial reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Record and reconcile intercompany balances and identify mismatches.
• Prepare assigned Balance Sheet reconciliations using tools like Blackline and maintain supporting documentation.
• Support the Finance Manager with financial reporting, variance analysis, and the preparation of reporting packs and KPIs.
• Support external audit requests by preparing necessary schedules and documents.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth financial delivery.
• Participate in process optimization, automation, and the documentation of SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; MBA or CA-Inter is preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in accounting, General Ledger (GL), or Record to Report (RTR) functions.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end processes.
• Experience with ERP systems, with D365 or Paprika preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to Power BI is an advantage.
• Knowledge of consolidation and reporting tools such as BPC.
