Financial Reporting Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the production and oversight process for SEC Form N-PORT and N-CEN filings
• Perform detailed calculation testing and interact with clients regarding results
• Execute and track client-specific tasks, checks, and internal reviews of filings
• Manage client relationships through implementation, onboarding, and BAU support
• Respond to client comments via the MySS portal and assist with user access requests
• Review alerts/exceptions and publish forms to client workflows
• Collaborate with technology teams to test and finalize filing solutions
• Assist in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and checklists

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Experience in mutual funds accounting, compliance, auditing, or related business activities
• Strong knowledge of financial products including bonds, swaps, futures, options, and equity
• Strong technology, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Knowledge of CPO-PQR, Form PF, or AIFMD
• Experience with derivative products and financial accounting
