Financial Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect, prepare, and maintain quarterly and annual reports on Forms 10-Q and 10-K
• Manage annual statutory filings for U.S. entities under US GAAP and international entities under IFRS or local GAAP
• Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules, and regulations to ensure compliance
• Drive process and procedure improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy
• Support SOX controls by maintaining process documentation and execution
• Liaison with external auditors for quarterly, annual, statutory, and international reports
• Assist with the design and compilation of monthly reporting packages for business leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2+ years of related accounting or financial reporting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and collaborative skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in public accounting or working for US public filers
• Working knowledge of Workiva, Workday, or IBM Planning Analytics (TM1)
• Exposure to SQL, Python, or Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
