Financial Relationship Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the relationship and delinquency of a portfolio of critical school groups
• Perform detailed financial reconciliations, billing, statement checking, and accounts receivable monitoring
• Conduct highly sensitive financial negotiations with partners to recover credit
• Proactively investigate the root cause of financial discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams for operational improvements
• Handle high-priority daily requests from partners and internal teams via digital channels

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
• Experience in B2B billing, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliation
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (formulas, data crossing, and pivot tables)
• Experience operating robust ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Excellent communication skills and maturity for difficult client negotiations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in B2B corporate credit recovery/collections
• Practical knowledge of data analysis tools (Power BI, Looker, or SQL)
• Experience or knowledge of the educational sector dynamics
