Financial Reconciliation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead country-level Financial Reconciliation (FinRecon) to compare Contract Asset (CA) and Contract Liability (CL) values between legacy and target systems.
• Validate and explain financial differences to NAM financial stakeholders and management to ensure transparent reconciliation.
• Support the preparation of FinRecon presentations, reporting packages, and management reviews.
• Drive alignment with central finance and accounting teams to ensure post-migration accuracy and audit readiness.
• Analyze complex order structures to confirm appropriate revenue recognition application in an IFRS 15 compliant environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in accounting, finance operations, or contract management.
• In-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Revenue Recognition (IFRS 15) processes.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA, specifically focusing on SD and RAR modules.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale ERP or system migrations.
• Knowledge of data validation and advanced technology solutions such as Snowflake or Python.
• Strong understanding of contract structures and their impact on financial reporting.
• A continuous improvement mindset focused on data quality and efficiency.
