About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure financial project tracking by updating project accounts from initialization to closure
- Update purchase requests to maintain oversight across all projects
- Participate in the monitoring and forecasting of project hours and travel costs, including monthly reporting
- Manage client invoicing by entering orders into SAP, updating tracking tables, and preparing billing with deliverables
- Handle supplier order receipts in coordination with the purchasing teams
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as email management
Requirements
- Currently preparing a Bac+2/+3 degree in Finance or Business Management
- Intermediate English proficiency (B1/B2 level)
- Strong comfort level with numbers and data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills are a plus)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong team spirit and high motivation
