Financial Products and Services Trainer

Responsibilities

• Act as a transmitter of commercial strategy to the sales network and promote client products and services
• Design, develop, and deliver training on financial products and services via in-person, e-learning, and virtual modalities
• Create didactic guides, manuals, and presentations to facilitate practical application of theoretical concepts
• Review, adapt, and update courses with the latest market information and client materials
• Elaborate training calendars in coordination with the client
• Plan and manage training logistics, including call scheduling and resource coordination
• Monitor field activity to evaluate sales team knowledge and detect new needs
• Analyze training results and prepare follow-up reports

Requirements

• Driver's license and willingness to travel regularly
• Experience as a trainer and/or coach
• Knowledge of the automotive sector and financial services (TCM, credit, renting, and leasing)
• Higher degree preferred
• English level B2+
• Proficiency with training tools such as Office 365, Canva, Prezi, Adobe Suite, or LMS
